The To Do section is a group of little to-do lists, as part of HomeRoutines. It has three sub-lists for planning:
- Today
- This Week
- Later
You can put in as many to-do items as you like in each list.
I like to use the Today list to note the most important things that I want to get done today. You might call these your Most Important Tasks. I prefer to put only 3 or 5 things on the list, because then I’m more likely to get a higher percentage of them done!
Giving yourself a Gold Star on the To Do List ^
- Touch To Do on the Home screen of HomeRoutines to see your list
- Mark an item as done, by touching the greyed-out star icon beside the task name. (You can unmark a single item by touching the star again, or touch the [Clear Stars] button at the bottom of the screen to clear all the stars. But honestly, you’re more likely to be deleting these tasks and putting in new ones for today – otherwise it would be a routine!)
If you have completed all the items in the Today list, the gold star on the home screen will light up. It is not affected by the completion of tasks in the “This Week” and “Later” lists.

Adding another list etc ^
Sorry, you can’t do this. After many requests, we are planing to add the ability to have different named lists, as well as a completed-items list. But if you need your to do list to have due dates, priorities and contexts and whatnot, you might need to have a different app for that list. That’s okay.
