At the bottom of the HomeRoutines screen when you’re in a Routine or a Focus zone, you will see the timer bar,
You can touch the words to start a count down with one tap, or touch the stopwatch icon to choose a different time.
When it gets to the end, the most triumphant music I could find will play to alert you your time is up.

You can either start iTunes before you start the timer, or close HomeRoutines and start up iTunes after you start the timer.
